We ask you to check the details of the tracking link to see if your parcel may have been delivered elsewhere or if other relevant information is displayed. Perhaps someone else in your household or your neighbours have accepted the parcel on your behalf? Please check there.
If you have checked the above points but still have not received the parcel, please contact our Customer Service. They will be happy to investigate with the courier service, together with the pharmacy. Please contact us within 14 days of the alleged delivery date, otherwise we cannot guarantee that it will still be possible to claim your parcel. The result of the investigation may take up to 14 days. Please note that in the meantime it is not possible to resend or refund the order. Your order may still be delivered during the investigation.
