The aftercare-communication allows you to ask a question to the doctor who prescribed your product after you have received your product. These can be questions about, f.e. how to use the product, how to reorder, the use of the product in combination with other products, etc.
The doctor can answer your medical questions, which our Customer Service can not as they are not medically trained. For non-medical questions (such as delivery, shipping, a new order), please do not contact the doctor, but our Customer Service.
The doctor should answer your question within 48 hours. If you have not received an answer after this time, please feel free to contact our Customer Service.
