Please check your order confirmation to ensure that the product/quantity you ordered is indeed different from the quantity/product you received.
If this is the case, please contact our customer service team. They will ask you for photos of the product you received and will contact the pharmacy to find out what went wrong and resolve the issue.
In the meantime, please keep all materials received until we have resolved the issue.
If a product is unusable due to damage during transport or does not correspond to the product ordered or prescribed by your doctor, you can complain to our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.
