Please click on 'Forgot your password' when logging in.
Enter your email address in the field and click on "Request password".
You will then receive an e-mail with a link to create a new password.
Please note that your password must contain at least 8 characters. Once you have entered your new password and clicked on "Save", please close your Internet browser and then reopen it. This is the only way to activate your new password.
