How can I change my name or email address?

If you need to change your name (for example due to marriage), you can easily update it through your Dokteronline account.

1. Log in to your Dokteronline account and navigate to “My Account.”

2. Click on “Personal details” and then “Edit personal details.”

   
   
    

3. Next, you can adjust your details.

   
   
    

4. Once you have updated your details, please click on “Save.”

    

Please note that you may also need to update the name in the billing address and delivery address during the ordering process.

• the old email address under which your account is registered
• your new email address
